We confirm the order within 24 hours on the phone or email. We give a date to the client of our van’s arrival.

On the day of the arrival our driver calls the client on the exact time of the pickup.

Every date in the section “Planned dates from Ireland to Hungary” on our website means the date of the departure.

The collection in Ireland starts 4-5 days before, and the last collection will happen 24 hours before departure.

The transit takes 3-4 days (this is subject to change in the case of weather, technical, or any other issues) following the departure date.

A day after arrival we start our collection/delivery in Hungary.

The collection (delivery) is done 24 hours before departure back to Ireland. “Planned dates from Hungary to Ireland” also means departure on our website.

The transit back to Ireland – as well as to Hungary – takes 3-4 days.

The day after arrival we stat our deliveries in Ireland, which last 3-5 days.

The maximum transit time for a parcel therefore is 14 days. Of course your parcel can become priority parcel (which means we deliver it first), for a small recompensation fee (depends on the place and timing).
